Ryon Design is an independent handmade solid oak furniture business that strives to be different. My name is Ryan O'Neill, I design and create all my work from an idea to a finished, solid, beautifully crafted piece that is constructed using traditional methods and techniques that will last more than a lifetime.
I started making furniture after noticing everything on the market looked the same. Based in the UK in a south coast city called Chichester, I began using the skills I developed in the woodwork industry to make furniture that is visually striking and draws attention. The finest solid oak is my timber of choice because of it's warm natural beauty, character and strength.
2012 was the start of my dream to make a difference in the furniture world with my work. Interest is growing as I bring increasingly different ideas to life.
